Cerrado Mineiro coffee belongs to the Mundo Novo variety, the result of a cross between Sumatra and Red Bourbon. Produced at 940m altitude, it is cultivated in Brazil’s most professionalized coffee region, which in the past was not known as a coffee-producing area. It features tasting notes of cacao nibs with dried fruits.
From that single bag emerged a journey that has spanned three generations — Aprígio, Ricardo, and Leonardo — united by a shared purpose: to honor Brazilian coffee and raise its standard of excellence both at home and abroad.
